Why join a buyers group?

Joining a buyuers group allows you team up with other electricity user to take advantage of bulk pricing. The larger the group you join the greater the savings.

Are there any obligation once I enroll into the buyers group list program?

No. The Buyers groups list program is voluntary request for pricing with no commitment. Once a month we will shop our list of potential customer with suppliers currently supplying electricity to residential customers in your respective service area. This will limit the enoying phone calls and allowing you to use you time more efficiently when you're looking to select a supplier. Once we have found the best rate and service term we will email you for final approval. At that time you will indicate whether you want to except the rate and service term you will be switch. In the event you do not reply to within 17 days or your next meter reading by email or phone your information will be be carried to the next period. Once enrolled we will continue to manage your account, unless you notify us in writting that you no longer wish Ohms Energy to manage your account.

What happens when my service term expires?

EXPIRATION OF AGREEMENT Ohms Energy will notify you of the Agreement expiration date and the terms of renewal approximately one (1) month prior to the end of this Agreement’s term. You must notify Ohms Energy within 15 days after receipt of notice if you do not intend to renew this Agreement. If you fail to provide such notification to Ohms Energy within the specified time period, the Agreement will automatically renew for an additional term as set forth in the renewal notice.
